In the interview, Grullon shared insights from her experience leading MSG’s nationwide managed IT and cybersecurity operations, including guiding the firm through SOC 2 Type II certification and expanding proactive security strategies for clients across health care, finance and private equity. “It is impossible to put a price on security in today’s environment,” Grullon said. “If you think a week of downtime costs less than proper protection, your calculations are off.”
