Since our founding, Managed Services Group has always said we want to remain as light on our feet (agile) as possible. Often, that means team meetings around the newest technology. This time, it meant getting a new face. We’re the same company you’ve come to know and love under the dash. But we’ve gotten a new paint job, with the help of Megan Killion Consulting Agency, to better represent who we are as a team. We’re modern and concise, so our website and brand should be too.

Who we are
Our company was founded on two core principles; Honesty and Integrity!
Mark Fugett and Richard Neuman founded Managed Services Group 10-years ago. Honesty and Integrity were the founding principles for ALL decisions, as these core principles were taught to them early in their lives, and this philosophy continues today. They both have an eye for the evolution of information technology, leading these two partners to be widely regarded with high moral standing in the computer community.
Since then we’ve grown and grown. Adding key players to our team like Patrick Nyman, Jennese Grullon, Steve Straka, Judson Stringer, Todd Crotts, Matthew Valle, and Joe Neuman.
We’ve learned to handle new technology, partnered with more vendors, and expanded our business operations. With each new step, we’ve made sure to stay true to our roots. We still consider ourselves to be an IT company you can trust.
Who we serve
Quite frankly, we serve everyone who is willing to take their IT seriously and trust us to do our job well. That said, there are two minor exceptions:
- We don’t work with lawyers. Sorry, not sorry.
- We only serve charities pro-bono. We won’t let you pay us rather than put your money to good work for our community.
The kinds of people we hire
We only hire the best. Our definition of that may be different than yours, so let me clarify.
We hire honest people who perform their job with the utmost integrity. The kinds of people who we love to come to work and labor alongside. Team players, who support one another in all things.
We take chances on people, and we elevate them alongside us. Our current COO and Queen Bee started with us as an executive assistant and we are sure glad she did because, without her, we’re not sure how we’d function now. Jennese is worth her weight in gold, and we know that because she’s been here for 8 years and had her hands in nearly everything our business does.

Where our expertise lies
With over 100 collective years of experience in IT in our leadership team alone, it’d be easier to tell you what isn’t our expertise. We handle hardware, software, and everything else moderately technology-related so our clients can focus on running their business.
Can I let you in on a secret? It’s our secret sauce. Vendor Management. We save our clients thousands by analyzing their contracts. Not impressed yet? We also save them hundreds of hours of time by being their point of contact for any mishaps they have with those vendors. Ever spent 10 hours on the phone with Spectrum and still not had a resolution? Not if you’re our client!

Sometimes the “big guys” can lose this along the way. What makes us unique is our people. From our Chief Lunch Buyer, Mark, to our Junk Yard Dog, Judson and every other individual on our team we only employ and partner with the best.
What’s more, we let them be who they are. We embrace each employee’s individuality and what they can bring to the team.
