Jennese joined the MSG team in 2013 as an assistant. At just 27 years old, this ambitious young woman has built trust through hard work and good intentions as she climbed the ladder to her current leadership position. An artsy and sociable soul, she enjoys crafting, planning parties and capturing memorable moments through photography. She loves spending time with her family. Part of her devotion to making MSG great is that she has been able to excel at her job while never missing important moments with her family. Being an involved team player is what Jennese loves best about working at MSG. “I love being able to organize operations and have a valued opinion in the decisions of the company. A man of few words, Richard is adept at analyzing situations and finding creative solutions; those are just some of the qualities he brings to the table in his leadership role at MSG. He’s known for his determination and laser-focused decisiveness. Affectionately called “Todd the God” and “Todd the Oz”, he is the humble brains behind the operation! When it comes to technology, he loves to learn everything and anything there is to know about it. Todd loves to roll up his sleeves and work hard. When you’re stuck, Todd's the one you turn to for a quick answer or to figure out a solution. The best part of his job? Passionate and honest, Mark’s love of helping people and his competitive nature are at the heart of Managed Services Group. When he’s not outside cycling, running, swimming, hiking, climbing or any of the other many outdoorsy activities he enjoys, Mark is at home spending quality time with his family and duo of Labrador Retrievers or communing quietly with the Lord in nature. Giving back to the community is important to him, and he’s on the Board of Trustees for the Track Shack Youth Foundation. Leadership is a driving force in his life, which is evidenced by rocking Lead Cyclist in the Disney Marathon and his position as CEO of MSG. He’s a go-getter who thrives when nothing’s holding him back! “No red tape here at MSG, so we have total freedom knowing we can make instantaneous decisions on what is in the best interests of our clients. Matthew can be summed up in one word: fun. This fun-loving guy loves playing competitive FPS video games and hanging out by a lake or pond somewhere, fishing for bass. It’s safe to say that you’d be hard-pressed to find a bigger Jacksonville Jaguars fan!
